The Management reserves the right to refuse admission or re-entry to a performance; under these circumstances refunds or exchanges will not be offered. The Management reserves the right to alter or amend the programme without prior notice as a result of unforeseen circumstances. Latecomers may either be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance, or be refused admission. Any recording of the performance (either audio or visual) is prohibited. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry of, and use of, such equipment on the premises.
Concessions are available to full-time students, those aged under 18, senior citizens, children, unwaged, people with registered disabilities. All concessions are subject to availability and must be mentioned at the time of booking.
Some of our shows have age recommendations, and children can only be admitted with adequate adult supervision.
We welcome younger children, but if they become unsettled during a performance we may ask you to take them outside. Some of our shows have strict age restrictions according to content.
Tickets must not be sold for profit or commercial gain by any outlet other than Fulham Opera or one of its authorised agents. Failure to comply will make this ticket and transaction void.
If a performance is sold out we will endeavour to sell any returned tickets to the waiting list for that specific performance only, subject to availability. If a ticket is resold we will issue a voucher to you for your ticket. The voucher will expire after 12 months, from the date of the issue of the voucher and can be used for payment for future bookings at Fulham Opera.
A re-sale will incur a charge of £2 administration fee per ticket and the seller must contact the box office the day after to confirm sale.
Collecting at the Box Office
Tickets may be collected from the Box Office on show days from 1 hour prior to the start time. We recommend picking up your tickets at least half an hour before the performance begins. Please bring along the receipt of online purchase and proof of eligibility for any discounted tickets.
To avoid unauthorised resale of tickets, tickets will not be posted out and should be collected from the Box Office.
We accept Cash, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Delta. We do not accept American Express. All cheques should be made payable to Fulham Opera.
Exchanges and Refunds
Once purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded under ordinary circumstances. We will only offer ticket refunds for cancelled shows. However, in exceptional circumstances please contact the box office. We regret that we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange on your ticket(s) if you are refused entry to a performance due to being late.
